MUSICIAN'S AGREEMENT

Membership in WAYWE is offered to young musicians who have advanced playing skills and desire to participate in a highly select, auditioned group. Because it is an honor group, members are expected to commit to certain requirements and obligations which are often more demanding than their school band program. This is for the benefit of all members.

Attendance at rehearsals is the most important item. Without a player at a rehearsal, little can be improved - not only for the individual, but for the entire group as well.  It matters that much.

All students invited to participate in WAYWE must complete and return a Musician's Agreement. A parent/legal guardian is required to sign the form, ensuring that the student musician has full support for participation in WAYWE.

Once you have printed and completed the Musician's Agreement, bring it to your audition. If late, mail to : Dr. Brian Harris, Director of Bands, McLennan Community College, 1400 College Drive, Waco, TX 76708. You may also fax the completed form to: (254) 299-8242, ATTN: B. Harris.
