If you are experiencing problems with the Acrobat PDF files on this site, please do the following: 1. Viewing Problems: a). Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download the Reader portion of the Acrobat program for free from Adobe. b) Check that your browser is configured to open files ending with ".pdf" with Acrobat Reader. c) If you are using a dial-up or other slow internet connection, be certain to give adequate time for the file to download and display on your screen. 2. Printing Problems: If you can view the item correctly on screen but it fails to print correctly, you should do the following:
If you don't see the option to "Print as Image" be sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (available free from Adobe). NOTE: Many .pdf files are designed so you can fill them out on your computer. To do this, simply click in one of the blanks on the form and enter the information. You may not be able to save the file once you start completing it but you will be able to print it, so be certain you have your printer ready. |
