Deadlines:

1. Entry Form and fee payment by check must be received by April 1. If payment is made after this date, please add a $25 late fee. Make check payable to: Waco Community Band (not MCC). No purchase orders accepted. Refunds will not be possible. Mail check and form to: Brian Harris, McLennan Community College, 1400 College Drive, Waco, TX 76708.

2. Once payment is received, you will be invited by email to select a performance time from among the time slots available (pay early, get first choice!). Sorry - times slots cannot be held by request.

3. Approximately one week before the festival, directors will be emailed forms for the stage script and judge's comments. These are to be completed and brought on the day of the festival.
